EarthKeepers ® Programming
Texas Discovery Gardens offers fun, hands-on environmental education programs for children and adults. We have outdoor learning and service project opportunities for students PreK through 8th grade, Girl and Boy scout programs, science clubs, after school groups, and summer day schools. Teachers, you can further your knowledge and get CPE credits here at our weekend workshops and planned events.
Our affordable educational programs include a tour of our organic gardens that highlights key science, math, language arts, and social studies concepts. We offer a combination package to include both an educational program and a tour of The Rosine Smith Sammons Butterfly House and Insectarium. Many programs include a take-home teaching tool for the class or individual participants.
We can even come to you! If transportation is an issue, please ask about our outreach options.
