To view the building you must first make an appointment with our Rental Department.

Rental Specials - Save 20 percent!
DECEMBER 2010 through FEBRUARY 2011: Book your holiday party or winter wedding with us now and receive a 20 percent discount off our standard rental rate!
The discount is good for any event booked for Dec. 1, 2010 through Feb. 28, 2011. These discounts do not apply to previously booked events. Call our rental department for details at 214.428.7476 x 290.
Renovated Building
The front lobby has been renovated with terrazzo floors, glass doors, and more. New rental areas are available, including the spectacular Rosine Smith Sammons Butterfly House and Insectarium. Rental Rates
Rates listed below are for seven hours. Rentals begin when set-up starts and rentals conclude when clean up is complete and the last representative is gone.
*Weekends begin at 5 pm Monday through Friday and all day Saturday and Sunday.
Saturday rental time options are 9 am to 4 pm or 5 pm to midnight only, subject to availability.
Main Building
Building rentals include use of the catering kitchen facilities. Maximum capacity is 600 people for a standing reception, 350 people seated without a dance area, and 300 people seated with a dance area.

Balance of contracted amount due 60 days prior to event.
Written notice of cancellation received 60 days in advance of event will result in 100% refund of damage deposit; the 50% building rental fee is non-refundable.
Written notice of cancellation received 1-59 days in advance of event will result in 100% forfeiture of building rental fee.
No written notice will result in 100% forfeiture of building rental fee and 100% forfeiture of damage deposit.
Use of a non-approved caterer will result an assessment fee of $250.00
