African American Museum
The African American Museum is the only major museum in the
Southwestern United States devoted to the preservation and
display of African American artistic, cultural and historical
materials. It also has one of the largest African American folk
art collections in the United States.

Dallas Aquarium (closed for renovations)
The Aquarium is home to a varied collection of approximately
6,000 aquatic animals, including marine and fresh-water fish,
reptiles, amphibians and invertebrates. Come enjoy animal
feedings daily at 2:30 p.m.

Hall of State
Newly renovated!Housed at the Hall of State, the Dallas Historical Society
strives to institute and encourage historical inquiry; to
collect, preserve, and exhibit the material of history; and to
spread historical information, especially concerning the city
